we make the important stuff stick
For over 15 years, we've been designing learning experiences that create lasting change. We work with schools, organisations, and communities to craft workshops, courses, and resources that engage deeply and shift perspectives. We approach each project as artists of learning—carefully building transformative experiences that stick with people long after they end.
ThinkShow is a creative learning studio at the forefront of helping people and organisations work well with AI. We've spent two years building our own products, tools, content, and code with AI, and we bring that hands-on experience to every engagement. Our I-MODEL framework, built around Intentionality, Integrity, Inquiry, and Intuition, gives people a practical way to engage with AI responsibly and well. We train teams, consult on AI strategy, build bespoke AI-powered tools, and offer organisations an honest, no-obligation assessment of where AI could genuinely change how they work. Our online courses include "Getting Really Good at AI" for students and "Still You: Working Well with AI" for teachers, both soon to be released, and we create bespoke corporate online AI training tailored to how your team actually works. Beyond AI, ThinkShow designs learning experiences across civic education, organisational change, and leadership development.
A practical framework for working well with AI, built around Intentionality, Integrity, Inquiry, and Intuition
The I-MODEL gives people a practical way to engage with AI responsibly and well. It's a framework built on four modes of attention when you work with AI:
Intentionality
Getting clear on purpose before reaching for AI
Integrity
Ensuring you can stand behind the work you create
Inquiry
Questioning AI's output with critical curiosity
Intuition
Trusting your professional judgment and expertise
We built our own learning platform. For organisations that care about learning. Beautifully delivered.
Kula Learn is a learning platform built around a simple question: what makes great learning actually happen?
Every part of the platform is designed to make people want to learn and to make the act of creating lessons intuitive, engaging, and beautiful.
It's a platform for foundations, schools, training organisations, and businesses who believe that how people learn matters as much as what they learn.
The Kula Studio gives course creators a beautiful, intuitive space to build lessons — with flexible slide types for text, media, key points, interactive activities, and more.
Paired with an AI learning design partner, course creators get expert guidance and support in crafting lessons that are genuinely remarkable.
Kula Learn is reimagining what it means to bring AI into the learning experience itself. AI-powered interactive experiences are woven directly into lessons, making learning more personal and more likely to stick.
Meet GYD (Guide Your Discovery) — an AI facilitator that pauses learners at key moments, helps them reflect on their own thinking, and turns passive content into real practice.
From leadership teams to Navigator programmes to hands-on learning tools — we meet your school or organisation where it is. Each pathway builds the confidence and capability your people need.
The problem leaders face: You can't wait for every teacher to figure out AI on their own. You need a team inside your school who can champion working well with AI, troubleshoot challenges, and keep your community grounded in ethics as you scale. External consultants won't understand your culture.
What this series offers: We train a school-based Navigator team (typically 5–8 staff) over an intensive two-day workshop, then support them throughout the school year. They become your internal AI leaders—running staff development, coaching teachers, designing resources, and embedding responsible AI use into daily practice. Navigators also join a community of practice with other schools, sharing what works and troubleshooting together.
The outcome: In six months, you'll have a team of AI-confident staff who understand your school's context inside out, your teachers will feel supported rather than abandoned, and your school will have moved from "what do we do about AI?" to "how do we do AI well?"
The challenge leaders face: You're fielding questions from your team, your board, or your community about AI. You want to lead thoughtfully, but without a clear framework, those conversations feel uncertain. You need to model confidence whilst staying grounded in ethics.
What this series offers: The leadership series provides you and your senior team with a grounding in the I-MODEL that allows you to look strategically at AI implementation and guide AI use with clarity and care. Through hands-on practice with real tools, you'll experience AI the way your people will.
The next addition to the series is called Building to Lead, where leaders discover how accessible it is to create AI tools tailored to their specific needs and learn that building tools is one of the most powerful ways to develop real capability with AI.
The outcome: You'll return to your organisation ready to lead thoughtful, systematic AI implementation with clarity and care.
The challenge: Theory alone won't stick. People need to experience working well with AI — to practice, see what works and what doesn't, and build confidence through doing, not just listening.
What this series offers: We've designed interactive AI-powered experiences — simulations, role-plays, dialogue scenarios — that let participants practice the I-MODEL with real AI tools. They use these tools during workshops to learn through hands-on practice. We're also building online versions so organisations can extend learning beyond the workshop day and keep building momentum.
The outcome: Your people don't just understand how to work well with AI, they've practised it. They've seen their own thinking shift. And they have tools to keep learning after the workshop ends.
A whole-school opportunity to learn to work well with AI together
For a whole day, students explore what it means to work well with AI, grapple with AI ethics, and develop responsible approaches to using AI in their academic and personal lives. 20-30 teachers are trained in advance to facilitate small learning groups and all the other teachers are involved in supporting the AI All-Day. At the end of the process, there will be a group of 20-30 teachers with enhanced confidence and capability, ready to champion responsible AI use and support continued AI development across the school.
prep • play • plan
Designed to support Navigator teams or as standalone training, this workshop brings all staff on board around a shared vision for your school's AI journey. Through a three-step process — Prepare, Play, Plan — participants build shared understanding, experiment with tools, and create personal and school-wide plans for ethical, responsible AI use that enhances teaching, learning, and administration.
Tailored strategies for your unique context
In addition to our in-person workshops, we provide ongoing consultation to schools and organisations around responsible AI navigation and helping their communities work well with AI. Drawing on our expertise in creating AI tools and programmes, combined with decades of experience in organisational change management, we help you develop tailored strategies that fit your unique context.
Whether you're crafting AI policies, supporting staff through technological transformation, or designing implementation roadmaps, we partner with you to ensure AI integration is thoughtful, ethical, responsible, safe, and aligned with your values.
Engaging talks and focused sessions
Not every organization needs a full-day workshop. Sometimes you need an engaging keynote, a focused 90-minute session, or a targeted conversation starter that ignites thinking and dialogue around AI. We deliver customized talks and short workshops for conferences, leadership meetings, and professional development days—whether you're a school, corporate, government department, or international organization. Topics range from ethical AI in education to working well with AI for leadership teams, always grounded in practical application and responsible use.
These shorter formats are designed to meet you where you are—sparking curiosity, building foundational understanding, or addressing specific challenges your organization faces with AI integration.
No cost. No obligation. No pitch.
We've spent two years building our own products, tools, content, and code with AI. And we've realised something: most organisations are barely scratching the surface of what's possible.
We'll come into your company, organisation, or school and sit with your team to understand your workflows, the gaps, and the possibilities. Then we'll come back to you with an honest report on where AI could genuinely change how you work — and where it won't.

In September 2025, we brought together 40 school leaders at Deloitte's Greenhouse in Cape Town for a morning of deep work on AI fluency. Principals, deputy principals, and curriculum leaders from 13 schools across the Western Cape spent three hours exploring what it means to work well with AI, grounded in our I-MODEL framework.
Using the creative learning space and technology at Deloitte Greenhouse, participants engaged in deep, systemic thinking about AI implementation in their schools while learning from fellow school leaders. They practiced working well with AI hands-on using bespoke AI tools created specifically for the workshop, moving from theory to practice, from individual reflection to collaborative problem-solving.
"Meeting other colleagues from other schools who are also on the AI in education journey. Discussing and exchanging ideas while problem-solving together. The human connection matters most for me, so that together we overcome the fears and myths around AI and retain the human agency."
"The workshop was hugely informative and enjoyable. The interaction with other people from other schools and the excellent presentations made the workshop enjoyable and a great learning experience. I feel slightly more empowered regarding AI."
